What to Expect
• Your face will be cleansed of makeup
• Topical anesthetic cream will be applied to the area being treated 15-20 minutes prior to your procedure.
• The treatment takes about 10 minutes and is described as a gentle warming sensation
• Mild redness and warmth (like a sunburn) for a few hours after the treatment
• You can resume normal activities and wear makeup if desired right shortly after the treatment
• The next day your skin will have a healthy glow and will feel great. Freckles or sun spots may appear darker until the slowly flake off during the next two weeks
• Repeat treatments can be as soon as 2-4 weeks
• Acne scarring will tend to take a few treatments before significant changes are made
