He doesn't try to oversell on services and won't sell you anything extra that you don't need. What an amazing Experience I had today at my visit. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Ren. As I got weighed in and pressure taken Kay was helpful get me all set up. Then I got to sit down and go over my new plan with Julie my NP. She took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and I was ready to get started on my path to success. For over a decade, I've come to Vive and have always had a great experience. Having just moved to Delaware, I drive an hour just to get back to Vive. Is there a reason you ask? No one else is allowed to touch my face! Every experience I've had with Botox, lip filler (Juvederm), and BBL has been fantastic! In fact, I would drive a few hours if necessary! You're missing out if you don't visit Vive! Dr. Pinto and his staff go above and beyond for their patients and you won't regret it!

Absolutely LOVE Vive!!! Dr. Pinto and his staff of fabulous techs!! The atmosphere is comfortable, checking in and checking out is a breeze and everyone is respectful. The injectable chosen today was explained in detail as well as my aftercare. Lots of smiles and small talk. Oh and I love the vibrating face tool I was given to help distract me from any discomfort, which was minimal. Highly recommend Vive!! Come join!!

Met with Meghan and had a very honest conversation about what I would like done and what my expectations were. She discussed my options and things she would NOT recommend. We came up with a plan. Holding off right now, but will put everything into process in the next few weeks. Definitely recommend her and the practice.!

There's no doctor or aesthetician I'd trust more than Dr. Pinto and his team at Vive. They are top notch professionals, skilled experts at their craft. I leave every appointment feeling wonderful and refreshed. He never gives you a treatment you don't need, it's not about selling, it's about helping his clients feel and look better - and he succeeds. It's safe to say from the top of the practice to the bottom, every person who works at Vive is amazing. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
